GV II*

Farmhouse. Late C17 altered. Coursed dressed stone with quoins and plinth. Stone
slate roof, stone coping, kneelers and gutter corbels. Now 2-cell plan. Two storeys. Canted 2-
storey porch with ogee moulded door. Above is 6-light stone mullion bay window.
To the left is one 3-light and one 2-light window per storey with small fire-
place window on ground floor. A continuous dripmould runs between floors. Rear
has 4 mullion windows of 8 lights, 6 lights and 9 lights. Interior contains one
ingle-nook fireplace with segmental arch with beehive oven, stone moulded door-
way and beams on stone corbels. Massive-chimney in front slope and two ridge
stacks. (88/p169/RCHM).
