Early C19. Part of same block as Nos 2 to 8 The Square (qv). Stuccoed facade,
moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof. 3 storeys. 3 windows including south side
blank on both floors, sashes with moulded, shouldered architraves and glazing bars.
2 doors with solid fanlights, doorcases with dentil cornices and panelled pilasters.
Steps. Additional southern door to rear passage, with moulded architrave.
