C1850-55 small Italianate stucco villa. Two storeys with 3 bay symmetrical
front. Plinth; first floor sill band, bed mould to frieze with acanthus decorated
metopes between enriched acanthus consoles supporting eaves of slate roof.
Tall arched panel stucco chimneys with cornices and ornamental pots. First
floor windows have architrave surrounds, the central one with segmental head.
Ground floor windows, in raised plain surrounds with splayed feet, have elongated
console brackets to cornices with shallow blocking courses. Central doorway
in ornate surround of panelled pilaster strips, large console brackets to
front and profiled to sides supporting heavy cornice. The blocking course
is surmounted by scrolled iron flower guard for first floor window. The panelled
door with semi-circular fanlight recessed with panelled reveals and soffit.
