C1830-40. Semi-detached pair of modest villas. Symmetrical with 2-bay main
block flanked by recessed entrance bays. Two storeyed. Stuccoed. Plinth.
First floor sill band. First floor framed by pilaster strips in the same
plane as the frieze. Hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves with lower
gable end slate roofs to entrance bays. Sash windows with mid Cl9 glazing.
Entrance bays with small first floor window and, on the ground floor, a
narrow round-arched vestibule light and the passage door to the left and the
main entrance to the right. Doors with revealed simplified pilaster frames
and archivolt over radial and swagged glazed fanlight.
