C1830-40 pair of semi-detached 2 storey stucco villas with coach houses.
3 bays each with central doorways. No 15 has some later C19 alterations.
Plinth and first floor sill band carried across the block with a low pitched
hipped slate roof overall, flat eaves on shallow brackets. Corniced stucco
chimneys. Plain revealed sash windows on first floor with glazing bars.
No 14 retains original ground floor windows set in shallow segmental arched
panels. No 15 has had C1820-80 thin pilastered canted bay windows with pent
roofs inserted on ground floor. Good doorway to centre of each front slender
3/4 fluted Tuscan columns in antis with modillion corniced entablature below
large fanlight. Double panelled door to No 14. 6 panel door to No 15, the
fanlight above retaining marginal glazing. Flanking screen wall coach houses,
altered to No 14 but No 15 retaining segmental arched coach doors.
