Late C19. Stone. Four storeys; 5 bays, the centre one slightly advanced at ground,
1st and 2nd floor levels. Ground floor with central entrance within a porch with
thick foliage decoration and shop fronts. First and 2nd floors each with 5 windows,
the centre one beneath a segmental pediment on the 1st floor and a triangular pediment
on the 2nd floor. Third floor with 3 triplets of windows. All openings arched, the
window with big keystones reaching up to elaborately decorated cornices.
Bracketted eaves cornice and strapwork balustrade.
