Circa 1830-40 stucco faced villa. Two storeys with three bay front, original entrance to flank on Charlotte Road replaced by modern entrance to rear. To the left is a slightly later, pedimented link bay with No. 26, one window wide, with a door to an access passage at ground-floor level. Main front has slender quoin pilasters; plinth; ground and first floor sill bands. Flat boxed eaves to low pitch gable end slate roof with tall brick flanking chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows in architrave surrounds, the central ground floor window has moulded cornice on consoles. The stucco gable end to Charlotte Road has the original doorway now altered to window but retaining frame of slender engaged Tuscan columns supporting entablature and fanlight with intersecting glazing bars. First and attic floor windows centred above former doorway with architrave surrounds and cornices. The recessed link with No. 26 is part of No 25A, with the exception of a small, one window section to the top floor rear, which belongs to No 26.
