Late C19. Caretaker's house to the Rookery Road Junior and Infant School.
Brick and terracotta; tile roof. Two storeys; one gabled bay to the road with
ground floor canted bay window and first floor pair of sash windows with
ause-de-panier heads. Above that, a band of terracotta decoration and a
slit window. The right-hand return with a projecting gabled wing and the entrance
beneath a simple tiled porch in the angle and approached from the street between
gatepiers with ball finials.
