(Formerly listed as Premises occupied by Teal Patents (former house, part of works, to rear of church hall of St Mary and St John)

Circa 1825. Stucco; slate hipped roof. Three storeys plus basement; 3 bays.
North front onto terrace garden and with a central double-panelled door with
panelled reveals and soffit and radial glazed fanlight within a Tuscan porch,
and 2 windows. First floor with 3 windows; second floor with 3 almost square
windows. All windows sashes with thin cornices on very shallow consoles
except the centre first floor window which has a pediment. Left-hand return
facing the road with segment-headed windows in moulded surrounds.
