C1840-50 pair of semi-detached stuccoed villas. Two storeys, each house of
3 bays, ground floor with central round arched door recess with inset fluted
Tuscan columns supporting entablature and fanlight with patterned glazing and
2 windows, those of No 52: revealed glazing bar sashes, those of No 54:
canted bay windows of C1870. First floor with 3 sashes on sill band, all with
glazing bars. No 52 has side entrance in link of screen well to coach house.
No 54 has modern coach house.
