Corner site with Monument Road. An early to mid C19 coach house, stucco face
or more likely red brick originally but altered for bank early C20 restored
with Georgian or Regency details. Splayed corner. Hipped slate roof,
shallow eaves band. Glazing bar sash windows in architrave surrounds with
entablatures on first floor. Long return to Monument Road. Large moulded
framed panel to corner. Pilastered banking premises on ground floor with
corner entrance. Important group value on corner site with Nos 169 to 183.
