C1830. Pair of semi-detached villas as one composition. Two storeys.
Stucco faced. Three bays each. Low pitched hipped slate roof overall
with flat eaves and central corniced stuccoed chimney stack. All windows
revealed glazing barred sashes with block sill on shallow moulded consoles.
Recessed porches each end, the opening with shallow block pediment surmounted
by anthemion acroteria. Four panelled doors in panelled reveals with marginal
glazed rectangular fanlights.
