Shown on O.S. map as Milbrendann.
Cottage. 1847 by F. O'Connor for the National Co-operative Land
Company: later alterations. Random rubble walls faced render
lined as ashlar, stone plinth, slate roof. Three-room front,
centre projecting slightly; enlarged to rear 1985. Large, half-
glazed timber porch with glass roof, double French doors up one
step, over half-glazed front door, tall, single-casement 8-pane
windows each side; dumb-bell ventilator in gable over: plain
bargeboards. Either side 2-light casements in small panes.
Hipped roof, chimneys on ends. Front restored in 1985 to original
appearance. Forms group with other Chartist cottages (q.v.).,
listed principally for historical and sociological reasons.
