Late C18 or early C19 (rebuilt 1832, Thorne). Originally two pair of red brick almshouses but now two Gothic facades of flint of early C19 character. Two storeys, three windows, Gothic tracery, two quatrefoil windows above. Two doorways with original doors. North gable has large Y tracery feature on wall. Stepped gable. Plaque commemorates the founding of the almshouses in 1678.
