Outbuilding, possibly a former granary, later a store, converted to residential use. Late C18 to early C19. Dressed sandstone and brick, plain tiled roof, parapets with kneelers at gable ends. Two storeys and attic with dentilled eaves cornice; single bay. Gable end facing farmhouse: has a door on both floors, the first floor one has a cambered head, and a square attic light; both side elevations have a window with cambered head, blocked on the south side and at the east gable end there is a rectangular light and an attic light.
