Barn. C18, altered C19. Timber-framed and largely clad in red brick, dated 1831 in pierced ventilation holes. Half-hipped gables, central entry. Double purlin roof with collar and tie-beam trusses with angle struts. Three bays. Formerly known as Top Farm.
