House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with painted brick infill, machine-tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south; external brick chimney with tiled offsets and detached stack at south gable end. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners, collar and tie-beam truss with three struts at south gable end. East front elevation: ground floor has two rectangular lights with plank weatherings; two gabled dormers with two-light casements; central gabled timber porch with trellis infill and brick base; ledged and battened C19 door. Attic light in gable end.

Interior not inspected.

A C19 brick bay adjoins the north gable end with a ledged and battened door in its front elevation and an external brick chimney to the rear.
