House. C17, projecting cross-wing, rebuilt former hall range c1970. Timber-framed cross-wing, brick infill, prominent sandstone base to stack, brick rebuilt range, tiled roofs. Former hall with projecting cross-wing with remaining cross-wing aligned north/south, rebuilt range extends to east, external stack to west return of cross-wing resited entry in rebuilt range.

Single storey and attic with falling ground to east giving extra storey to end of rebuilt range. C20 fenestration throughout, glazing bar windows, one to attic and one range of windows to gable end of cross-wing, two dormers to rebuilt range with gable to end bay, similar arrangement of windows, C20 door to central range with side light.

Framing: fairly intact three panels from sill to wall-plate with angle bracing to top panels, V-struts in gable.
