Cottage. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill, corrugated asbestos roof, brick end stacks. One and a half storeys, attic lit by dormers with sping roofs; irregular fenestration, mainly C20 casements, entrance off centre right. Left gable wall rendered with two plank weatherings.

Framing: three structural bays, three square panels high to wall-plate, straight angle braces.
