Early to mid C19. 3 storeys in red brick with Welsh slate roof with stone coped
gable ends and brick kneelers. 3 windows, rusticated lintels with fluted keystones, no glazing bars. Centre window to both floors blocked. Late C19 shop front with attached columns with foliated capitals, entablature and cornice, Centre door. Round-headed passage entry with rusticated stucco head with keystone, to left.

Nos 15 to 19 (consec), Kingston House, and No 21 form a group.
