C18 front elevation. 2 storeys and attics. Welsh slate roof with 2 dormers with
sliding sashes. Rendered. Eaves cornice on paired brackets. Rusticated quoins.
3 windows, no glazing bars. 2 late C19 shop fronts, that to right retaining arched glazing. Centre door of 6 fielded panels, 2 glazed, in narrow surround, flat hood on brackets. 4 steps, iron handrails.

Nos 15 to 19 (consec) Kingston House, and No 21 form a group.
