A mid C19 pair. Two storeys and basement red brick with some grey headers. Slate roof. Two sashes in all with glazing bars intact and cambered heads. The ground floor to No 11 has an inserted modern bow. Simple doorcase with weatherhoods on brackets. One step each.

Nos 11 to 17 (odd) and Nos 23 and 23A form a group together with Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place.
