Mid C18 with alterations. Two storeys and attics in painted brick with steep
slate roof with two pedimented dormers. Two windows, hung sashes, one with
glazing bars, one reglazed casement. First floor two canted bays in wood cases
with pilasters and no glazing bars. Bracketed eaves cornice follows line of bay
windows. Ground floor shop fronts. No 21 has a staircase with closed string,
plain newels, handrail, but no balusters.
