House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, slate roof. 2
storeys, attic and basement, 3 windows; 2 hipped dormers with
plain lights above 4-pane sashes, but C20 casements at
basement level. To the right a C19 flush 6-panel door under a
2-pane transom light in reeded pilasters and with wider frieze
with cornice, on 3 stone steps with nosings. To the left are
steps down to the basement area, enclosed by C20 railing.
Above the moulded cornice in the blocking course is a wide
panel with raised centre. To the left a large gable stack.
INTERIOR: the property is set back approx 1m from those on
each side, with which it forms a good group.
