Swimming pool and associated pump house and fountain at Kingfisher Court

Swimming pool, pump house and fountain. Circa 1935 by Guy Morgan. Rectangular concrete swimming pool edged b)r renewed flat slabs and having 4 sets of side-wall steps with original hand-rails. Fountain, set on west side, has circular concrete basin and tapering central pillar with small upper basin and font. Along south side is pump house: small rectangular building, with brick plinth, cedar shingles to walls, swept at base, and hipped wood-shingle roof; single window in east side, board door in south side; pumping machinery inside.

An integral landscape feature of the impressive adjacent 1930s luxury-apartment development (nos 1 -15 and 16- 57 Kingfisher Court, qqv).
