Circa 1860. 2 to 3 storeys stuccoed. Irregular plan. The front elevation has
a gable with 1 3-light window and a left side portion having 2 sashes with glazing
bars intact. lst floor windows have cornices, console brackets and flower guards.
Stringcourse. On the right hand side is a porch with doorcase and flight of
steps to ground level.
