3 early Cl9 houses. 3 storeys stuccoed the ground floor rusticated. Parapet
with stone coping. Stringcourse above each floor. 3 windows each with most
glazing bars intact. Doorcases with 6 panel moulded doors and segmental fanlights.
No 61 has a higher elevation than the others, projects and has a fine cast iron
balcony on the 1st floor.
Nos 45 to 61 (odd) form a group together with Nos 21 to 31a (odd).
Nos 2 to 28 (even) and Nos 38 to 72 (even) form a group.
