Circa 1850. 2 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. Hipped slate roof and paired
bracket cornice. 3 windows. The right side window bay is set back with a round-
headed window. The other windows are sashes with Regency blinds. Stringcourse.
The ground floor windows have cornices and console brackets and cast iron anthemion
motif flower guards. Simple cambered doorcase and 3 steps to street.
