An C18 house altered. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor red brick, above tile
hung. Mansarded roof with 1 dormer. Cornice. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact
in the south-west half and one curved bay window on the 1st floor. The north
east half has a modern red brick projecting front added.
Mount Edgcumbe, Mount Edgcumbe Cottage and Ephraim Lodge form a group.
