Cloth hall, now shop. Late C15 or early C16, clad in C19, with C18, C19 or C20 alterations and extensions. Timber-framed, clad in red brick on ground floor and tile hung on first floor. Rendered to rear. Plain tiled roof with projecting gabled return wing to left. End stack to right, C19 decorative bargeboards on left hand gable and hipped dormer on left hand slope of return wing. Two storeys and attics. Irregular three window front, glazing bar sashes, with full width projecting later C20 shop front on ground floor. Two storey half hipped C18 wing to rear.

Interior: ground floor cleared for supermarket with boxed in frame and iron supports. Frame visible on first floor and in roof, with heavy scantling collar purlin roof, though no crown post visible.
