Originally Leigh's Assenbly Room, circa 1820. 3 storeys stuccoed. 3 windows.
4 Corinthian pilasters from the 1st to 2nd floor with entablature, including dentilled
cornice over, and parapet containing a pediment in the centre, 1st and 2nd floor
windows in moulded architrave surrounds with cornices over supported on consoles.
Glazing bars intact on 2nd floor only. Late C19 public house front built out on
ground floor. Listed for historical associations and group value.
