(Formerly listed as DERBY ROAD (East Side) The William IV Public House)

Early C19. A three storey five bay inn at the head of Milford Bridge. Coursed stone slate roof. The southern three bays form a symmetrical facade with later central porch and inn sign above. All windows in original sash spaces but some glazing now modern. Northern two storey wing. Brick chimneys.

Adjoins premises of Bill Lomas (Motor Cycles) Ltd to north and the former Ebenezer Methodist Chapel to the south.
