3 houses forming a row. Early C19. Dressed red sandstone walls, graduated
slate roof, brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays each. Entrances have
moulded surrounds and architraves with moulded cornice. Coped gable at each end
of the row. Carriage arch, with keyed rounded head, separates Croft House from
No. 1 Petteril Villas. Croft House has its original upper floor sashes with
glazing bars, all others replacements. C2O doors to each house. Included
partly for group value.
