Early C19. Painted brick with bracketed eaves cornice. Slate roof hipped at south side. In two parts both of three storeys. Northern part has three windows facing the Market Place and one to Central Pavement, unbarred sashes with stuccoed lintels. Modern shop front ground floor. Adjoining to rear an Central Pavement formerly separate house with moulded eaves. Three windows, the centre blank above ground floor, unbarred sashes with margin lights. Modern shop front ground floor carried across the angle formed between this and No 4.
