4/147 Norton Grounds Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 extensions not of listable
quality. Large blocks of coursed squared and dressed limestone.
Limestone slate roof with flat coping and roll cross saddles. 2
storeys with cellar under, and attic. 2-windowed, 2 and 3-light
stone mullioned casements, one 3-light mullioned and transomed
light, all with stepped hoods with C20 wood casements with
horizontal glazing bars. Central C20, part glazed front door with
wooden porch.
