Cottage. C17, C19, minor alterations C20. Brick-nogged timber
framing on stone plinth, brick extension, tiled roof. Two-bay, 1½
storey, one room deep block, single-bay, single-storey extension
forming 'L'. Gable to road: 2-light casement, iron opening light,
small panes left half, leaded light right. Above projecting window
on brackets, 2-light casement, small panes, lean-to top. 'V'
struts in gable over. Left return: projecting brick wing on
right, fully-glazed door in gable. Main house, angle brace to
wallplate, single-light window, boarded door up 2 stone steps,
weatherboard over, 2-light metal window. External brick chimney
left gable. Forms group with Nos 14 and 15 (q.v.).
