Three houses in row. Mid-late Cl?; C18 addition. Random rubble
limestone; rubble and rebuilt brick chimneys; stone slate roof.
Two-storey with attic; single-storey with attic addition at east
end. Front: full gable to C17 house. Single-window
fenestration below gable, all recessed chamfered with hoodmoulds,
3-light to ground and upper floors, 2-light to attic with blocked
oval above. Ground floor 3-light reduced to 2 upon C20 addition
to front of elevation which is not of special interest. C20 porch
to left in random rubble; upper floor single-light above. C18
addition (No 1) to left has 2-light casement to ground floor and
roof dormer. East end: timber casement to ground and upper
floors with timber lintels. Blocked single-light attic window
with remains of hood. Off-centre fixed light to higher gable end
of No 2. Rear: fenestration to No 2 as to front altered on
ground floor to doorway. Small staircase light to right between
floor levels. No 1 to right has early C18 casement to ground
floor. Lean-to additions at rear are not of special interest. No
3 has upper floor 3-light casement, one light blocked. Small
gabled roof dormer. West end: 3-light casement to ground and
upper floors, single-light to attic. Gable-mounted brick-rebuilt
chimney. No 2 contains spiral staircase at east gable end, and
has extended collar roof.
