Stable block with hayloft above. C18, probably c1777 when The Manor House was
built. Red brick with some grey headers in Sussex bond. Peg tiled roof. Brick
eaves cornice. Side facing The Manor House has 1 opening to hayloft, 1 cambered
casement and wide opening at ground floor level. Side facing yard has 2 loading
doors to hayloft and 2 cambered wooden casements. Interior has angled queen
strut roof with staggered purlins and no ridgepiece. Ground floor has chamfered
beams with run out stops. 2 wooden stall partitions and fixed ladder against
wall to hayloft.
