GV II

Late C18. 2 storeys and attic, 4 windows. Red tile roof, brick dentil eaves,
2 small gabled dormers with old leaded lights. Red brick walling in Flemish
bond, 1st floor band with blue header pattern, cambered ground-floor openings,
cement plinth. Early Victorian sashes with vertical bars, in exposed frames.
Solid door frame enclosed in thin fanlight of 4 panes, canopy on brackets.
Single-storeyed outbuilding to the south has a panelled brick gable to the road,
the long elevation being part brick-part boarded.
