Tall timber framed granary on staddle stones. Substantial framing with infill of
red brick and grey headers. Half hipped, old tiled roof. Ground floor has windows
with stone wooden mullions remaining. Additional window with mullions under eaves.
No 152 (Yew Tree Farmhouse) forms a group with No 151, and with No 149 (Rookery
Farmhouse) and its Granary and Barn, the latter being a building of local interest.
