Early C19. Formerly Fareham Flour Mills. Red brick with parapet. 4 storeys 5
windows with segmental arches and vertical glazing bars. Modern brick lift shaft
added in front of centre of facade.
The listed buildings on the Lover Quay form a group, most of which is visible from
the approach from the town centre through the Railway Viaduct across Qauy Street.
