Early C19. 4 storeys and basement stuccoed. Parapet with small pediment
having acroteria at the ends. Moulded dropped eaves cornice. 2 sashes with
glazing bars intact. Altered windows on 1st floors. Later shopfronts.

Nos 20, 20A and 21 form a group with Nos 13 to 19A (consec) Albert Terrace
