Dated 1571. Long 2 storey house with twin brick gables at South end.
Altered and added to C18 and later. Upper floor pairs of double windows,
sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor irregular windows, including 5-light
mullioned window, and 8-panel door with Tuscan porch. Gable heads have
2-light C16 windows. Other windows have stone frames. C19 extension
to right, two storeys and attic, four windows four gabled dormers. The
doorway came originally from the adjoining house. Old tile roof with
diagonnally set stacks.
All the listed buildings in Kingsgate Street form a group.
