Early C19. Probably the former manager's house of adjacent former pottery
(part now premises of Marilyn Engineering (qv)). Red brick, hipped slate
roof. L-shaped plan. Two.storeys, one window on street elevation, 3 light
sashes with glazing bars, side elevation also has glazing bar sashes. Two
doors with tripartite fmlights, the back range is later and house probably
re-roofed and window lintels altered when this range was added.
