Small detached cottage, formerly one in a row of 3; the centre
unit has been demolished. C17. Coursed rubble, thatch roof.
One storey and attic, 2 windows, all 3-light replacement
casements, with one to an eyebrow above 2 flanking a wide
plank door, and a small light extreme right. The left end is
half-hipped, with 2- and 3-light casements, and, near the
front, a brick stack with an added raking buttress. The right
return is plain, formerly with a stack, the front has a very
heavy added raking buttress, and the rear has a continuous
lean-to glazed conservatory.
INTERIOR: the room to the right has a wide bressumer
fireplace, and some original joists; the staircase is C20.
