House, formerly front range of large farmhouse, Early C19.
Smooth rendered, slate roof. A handsome symmetrical 3-bay
house with low-pitched hipped roof and 2 rear stacks, to deep
projecting enclosed eaves.
2 storeys, 3 windows; 12-pane sashes in plain reveals. Central
panelled door under a radial fanlight in large gabled glazed
porch including wide radial fanlight, side lights and glazed
returns. The right (S) return has a 12-pane sash to each
floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
This was the front range of Sutton Farmhouse, of which the
rear service wings now form a separate dwelling, Sutton House
(qv),
