Cottage formerly a public house. C18 and C19. White-washed stone rubble cottage range with pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys, long five window range. Various two and three light casements and small sashes with glazing bars, all with modern louvred shutters, and modern plank door to left with hood. Right hand end has plaque "J.S.1841". Modern brick ridge and end chimney stacks. Included for group value.
