Converted barn. C17. Weatherboarded timber-framing with corrugated iron roof. Side walls have opposed cart entrances.

Interior: of four bays. Walls framed in square panels with some wattle grooves. Trusses have tie-beams, collars, and raking struts. Eastern gable truss has a king strut, and raking struts above the collar. Roof has some curved wind-braces.
