GV II

House, sometime house and shop. C16 or earlier, altered mid C19. Timber framed and
clad with red brick with some tile hanging and tile hung and weather boarded return
elevations. Plain tiled roof. Lobby entry plan. Two storeys and garret on plinth
with half-hipped roof with gablet to right and with stack projecting and offset at
end right and moulded stack cluster to centre right. Left end bay with single storey
shop facade, the surrounds tile hung, with canted multi pane bay and half-glazed
door with rectangular fanlight under single cornice-fascia on moulded brackets.
Right hand two thirds with 2 three light wooden casements on first floor and with
segmental head to right on ground floor, and canted bay to left, with boarded door
to centre right with flat hood and brackets to same pattern as shop front to left.
Catslide outshot to rear.
