C18. Red brick racade with painted stone dressings. 3 storey, 5 windows.
Sashes in wide cased frames with plain keyblocks. Central pediment and
rusticated stone entrance with Doric pilasters and 6-panel door. Rusticated
quoins. Plinth has plain string course. Simple moulded cornice. Parapet
with curved ramps. Tile roof.
